Refund Policy

This page applies to all services and products purchased at Charles Gwira Services Inc. Please read through the entire refund policy in full. By clicking “I Agree” to the Terms and Conditions of Use, you indicate that you have read and understood this refund policy, and its Terms will bind you.

You understand that once you engage Charles Gwira Services Inc. for services rendered or courses purchased, all payments made to Charles Gwira Services Inc. are non-refundable. This refund policy applies to all payments made to Charles Gwira Services Inc. for all products and services, such as (Prophetic Coaching and courses). Payments are not dependent upon results, claims on our products and services, or other offerings.

Charles Gwira Services Inc. provides all customers with a “cooling period” for Prophetic Coaching and Counselling services. If you purchased Prophetic Coaching or Prophetic Counselling services, you  have the right to receive a partial refund within three (3) days of the date of your purchase if you comply with the following conditions:

• You must request a refund by email to info@charlesgwira1.com.

• Unless subject to additional rights outlined in your purchase agreement, your request for a refund must be made within three (3) days of your purchase.

• You understand that a refund can and may take up to two weeks to process after the initial request.

• You understand that after you request a refund within three (3) days of purchase, no services or products will be delivered now or in the future.

Personal Prophecy

There is no refund whatsoever for personal prophecy. As it is accepted, the service is consumed immediately and cannot be returned.

Charles Gwira Services Inc. has no obligation to refund your purchase price for any of Charles Gwira Services Inc. products and services after the “cooling off period” under any circumstances, including without limitation based on your dissatisfaction with our products and services, your non-use of services, your inability to adapt our products and services to your business needs satisfactorily, your inability to generate leads and revenue using Charles Gwira Services Inc. products and services, or the fact that others are using similar services.
